Our Boys Houses and Stud House

Rocco’s house and run is inside the main run, this keeps Rocco a happy boy, to be able to see the others, and when the girls are all safe in doors; we open the gate for Rocco to roam free’ when he has had enough he takes him self back home to his own house, as you can see by the left hand .

DAVY'S HOUSE

Davy's house, has a tunnel leading down from it to the main run and to our house. As Davy is very laid back he still lives indoors but he likes to take him self off to his own house when he wants time out.

When Davy has ‘stud duties’ he can go up the tunnel, that will take him to where our stud house is. This is well away from the other cats and nice and quite.

In the picture on the left you can just see the boys half of the stud house.To the right is the queen’s side. The partitions are of clear plastic so makes it easy to clean. They have heated pads or beds and for cold weather there is thermostatically controlled heating. There is also a fixed pane window and window seat!. This area is only used for stud duties. All the houses have night lights and radios.

We have an acre of ground around the bungalow So we divided the Garden into two and made an enclosed run with a six foot fence all around with a over hang so our cats can come and go from the bungalow but are kept safe. All the bird tables are on the other side of the fence out of harms way.
